Pally Power:
This has become quite a necessary Add-On for multi-pally raid buffing. It can be downloaded here.
Essentially, it's going to add a red dot to your interface. Right clicking this dot will open up the assignment menu, a fairly straightforward grid displaying each pally (who is using PP) and their respective assignments. The top part of the grid displays each class and the names of the current raid members belonging to that class. Individual buff assignments are possible by clicking on a raid members name from here.
As each pally is assigned a buff and a class, a box assigned to that class will appear next to the red dot that opens up the menu. The individual boxes that appear at this dot represent each class, and the current buff status of individual members of those classes can be reviewed by mousing over their box. A pop-up will appear to the left of the class box, listing each character in that class and what buff is assigned to them. Left-clicking on those names will cast the 30 minute buff assigned for that class. Right-clicking an individual name will give that player the 10-minute version of their assigned buff. For example, if you were assigned Light to the warriors as a 30 minute assignment and Salvation to one particular warrior as a 10 minute assignment, you would first left click on one of the 30 minute assignment warriors to cast the 30 minute Light buff, then right click on the individual warrior to overwrite the Light buff and give him/her Salvation instead.
More detailed information on the Add-on can be found here.
